I have used these caps for 20 years. The sizing is just a bit large and I would going one size smaller than the chart recommends.

Always have used these . They are comfortable and don't sit on my ears. I don't care for my ears being covered because my safety glasses get pinched and it's irritating. These caps are comfortable and well made.
